Serving participants in PWC Veterans Treatment Docket and Adult Recovery Court.
What is a treatment court?
Treatment courts are rehabilitation-focused programs within the justice system. Treatment courts offer an alternative to incarceration. They serve people whose legal challenges are connected to substance use, mental health needs, or related life circumstances. In Prince William County, East To West Mission focuses on participants connected with Adult Recovery Court and Veterans Treatment Court.
Recovery doesn't happen alone.
Why it matters?
Participants are working hard to rebuild their lives, but practical needs can become real barriers. Transportation, identification documents, basic supplies, family support, and encouragement can make the difference between feeling stuck and taking the next faithful step.

That's where we come in.
We fill the gaps so individuals don’t just complete the program,
they leave it with stability, dignity, and hope.
What we do
We meet people where they are and offer practical support that helps participants continue the work of recovery and stability.
Participant Support
Help with practical needs like transport, identification documentation, haircuts, school supplies, and other case by case needs. If an obstacle comes between you and success, we want to help.
Family
Orientation
In partnership with Prince William County, we help families and friends understand the treatment court journey and learn how to support their loved one.
Milestone Encouragement
Recovery is hard and worth celebrating. We recognize progress through phase-up gifts, graduation gifts, and support along the way. We are in YOUR corner.
Discipleship
All support is available regardless of beliefs. For those who want spiritual encouragement, we offer prayer, guidance through Scripture, and connection to local churches.
